Setting up a High Availability NAS/SAN using Openfiler

This HowTo focuses on setting up the OpenSource NAS/SAN Openfiler as a High Availability storage. There currently does not appear to be a lot of documentation available on setting it up in version 2.3, so here’s some documentation
